Terms of Payment
1. Method of Payment
• 50% deposit is required to be paid within two weeks after receiving booking confirmation
• Balance of payment should be settled within one week prior to the event date
• Payment can be made either by Cash or Credit Card and settled through cashier
If payment is settled by cheque or bank transfer, please addressed to:

Deposit is nonrefundable or transferable for any reservation cancellation.
• Any other extra charges should be settled at the end of the event by Credit Card or Cash for
non credit facility companies
• All bank charges should be borne by the sender
2. Cancellation
• 50% Cancellation Fee:
Will be charged from the total payment in the event of cancellation made
within 2 months prior to the event.
• 100% Cancellation Fee:
Will be charged from the total payment in the event of cancellation made
within 1 month prior to the event.
• The charge will be applied on guaranteed room, food & beverages or other inquiry (if any) as
stated on our agreement signed by authorized person.
